Philip Kanfer was a leader at the start of the PropTech evolution a decade ago, long before the word had any meaning. As a Principal and the first employee at WiredScore, Phil helped build the business and sales platform, launching WiredScore Certification into every major market in the U.S and Canada. He spearheaded strategy, go-to-market planning and business development while leading the business’ growth to its Series B round. 

During his time at WiredScore, Phil established and led relationships with hundreds of real estate owners on both the commercial and multifamily side, including all of the top 10 largest owners in the U.S., speaking daily with asset managers, leasing and property teams. 

Coming from the commercial brokerage world before going on to build a PropTech company from scratch, Phil has an in-depth knowledge of the PropTech ecosystem, the inner workings of the industry from both an owner and solutions-provider point-of-view and, ultimately, what drives a real estate organization forward in an ever-changing world.
