With over a decade of PropTech experience, Phil Kanfer has been an industry leader from the beginning. He has grown businesses, implemented innovative technology, and spearheaded projects from strategy to execution for real estate owners of both commercial and multifamily properties.

Having started WiredScore in 2013, Phil built the business and sales platform, launching WiredScore Certification into every major market in the U.S. and Canada. Through business development and go-to-market strategies, Phil led WiredScore’s growth to its Series B round.

Phil has established and led relationships with hundreds of real estate owners including the 10 largest owners in the U.S., speaking daily with asset managers, leasing and property teams.

Before building a PropTech company from scratch, Phil came from commercial brokerage which completes his full understanding of the ecosystem and the inner workings of the industry.
